Questions

Does it work with Gingr?

Yes. You export the day's reservations from Gingr as a CSV file and load it into your planner. You choose which reservation types appear and how they are labeled. Group Play Planner is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gingr.

How long does setup take?

Your planner address is created automatically after you pay, usually within a few minutes. Then you create your owner account and tell the planner your columns and reservation types.

Do my staff need their own accounts?

Yes. You add people by email and give each one a role. Everyone on your team can open every page of your planner.

Is my data separate from other businesses?

Yes. Each business gets its own private database, and no business can see another's.

How do I cancel or change my card?

Open the Admin Panel inside your planner and choose Manage billing.
