Privacy Policy

What we collect

For your account: your email address and a securely hashed password. For your planner: the reservation information you choose to load (such as pet names and owner last names), your settings, and your staff's email addresses and roles.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. We keep Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage your subscription.

How we use it

Only to run your planner, email you about your account (such as password resets and setup links), and handle billing and support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Separation of customers

Each business has its own private database. No business can see another's data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your subscription is active. Contact us to request deletion of your data.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie that is necessary for the planner to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
