The service

Group Play Planner is a web-based planning board for dog daycare and boarding businesses. By subscribing or using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your staff's use of your planner, for keeping passwords secure, and for the accuracy of the information you load. Only add people who should see your business's data.

Billing and cancellation

The subscription is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from inside your planner; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails and stays unpaid after Stripe's retries, access is paused until the account is paid.

Your data

You own the data you put into your planner. We use it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the reservation and customer information you load.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own records of anything critical to your business.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
